This will depend on skill level. We believe athletes newer to the sport will thrive in our non-travel, developmental, programs and clinics. Once they are confident in their game, we're happy to discuss moving up to the next level!

True Indoor field hockey is 6v6 (goalie included), played on sport-court, with small boards used as sides. These boards can be used to play the ball off of. Along with the smaller court size, this helps create an exciting and faster-paced game!
