IFHCK Winter Prep Academy
This non-travel program is the perfect way to sharpen skills in a fun, high-paced environment. Each week focuses on new fundamentals and advanced techniques—from 1v1 defense to the reverse chip shot—taught by top-level coaches in an energetic atmosphere. Every player leaves with new skills and a smile.

Program Details Per Session:
Dec 2 — Passing & Receiving
Focus: ball control, one-touch passing, receiving under pressure.
Outcomes: Improve first touch, passing accuracy, tempo control.
Dec 4 — Shoot & Save Clinic
Focus: shooting technique
Outcomes: Finishing under pressure, GK positioning, reaction saves.
Dec 9 — 1v1 & 2v1 Attacking Skills
Focus: beating a defender, support angles for overloads.
Outcomes: Creative attacking moves, combination play, decision making.
Dec 11 — 1v1 & 1v2 Defensive Work
Focus: defending in isolation and when outnumbered.
Outcomes: Defensive shape, jockeying, recovery runs, covering/support.
Dec 16 — Attack: 2->5 Play (Attack 25 play — adapted)
Focus: structured attacking patterns, build-up to scoring opportunities.
Outcomes: Pattern recognition, finishing sequences, off-ball movement.
Dec 18 — Small Games
Focus: game-speed decision making via small-sided matches.
Outcomes: Apply learned skills in competitive, coach-led game scenarios.
What to expect
Short technical warm-ups, skill progressions, coached drills, and competitive small-sided games. Each clinic runs a focused curriculum with clear learning objectives and individual feedback.
Coaches will provide small group corrections and on-field coaching points.
Who should attend
Players wanting targeted skill improvement.
*Goalkeepers: relevant sessions (Shoot & Save) will include GK-specific coaching.
Registration prior to sessions is required. No walk-ins due to participant capacity numbers.

- Tennis or turf shoes.
Goalkeepers must provide their own equipment

- 3 sessions: $115
- 6 sessions: $230
REFUND
All refund/credit requests must have a doctor's note included in your email explaining the need for a refund/credit. All other refund requests will be handled on an individual basis with no guarantees as we pay for facilities, staff & other expenses based on total #s. IFHCK may also charge an administration fee for any refunds/credited fee.
WEATHER-RELATED CANCELLATIONS
Total dates on the schedule include make-up dates due to inclement weather or other conflicts. No other make-up dates are available.
