IFHCK High Performance Program is focused on serving Kentucky area athletes as the #1 source for comprehensive field hockey instruction. We feature both indoor and outdoor programs year round, geared heavily towards building fundamental and advanced skills. Developing a sound skill base in both the technical and tactical aspects of the game is a key component to an athlete’s overall success and enjoyment of the sport!
